Ingredients

  • 2 large heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ½ small red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ⅓ cup cashews

Instructions

  1. Mix broccoli
  2. cranberries
  3. onion
  4. and celery in a large bowl. Whisk mayonnaise
  5. sugar
  6. and rice vinegar together in a bowl; pour over broccoli mixture. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with cashews just before serving.
