Dairy-Free Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

This is a quick dairy-free smoothie. It is great as a quick breakfast or a cool afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla-flavored cultured coconut milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup ice, or as desired

Instructions

  1. Blend coconut milk
  2. banana
  3. peanut butter
  4. and honey in a blender until smooth
  5. about 1 minute. Add ice and blend again until ice is crushed
  6. 2 to 3 minutes.
