Dairy-Free Cauliflower Fritters

Description

Battered and fried cauliflower is a delicious way to eat cauliflower, and a great snack! These are wonderful when dipped in yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 1 onion
  • 7 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 eggs
