Ingredients
- ¾ cup peeled, seeded, and shredded cucumber

- 1 small sweet onion, minced
- 1 ¼ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ tablespoon ground coriander
- ½ tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon Urfa biber
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
