Cream of Asparagus Soup II

Description

This is a very easy recipe to make and very yummy as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 3 ½ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup margarine
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup half-and-half
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
