Cranberry Waldorf with Yogurt

Description

This is a very low-fat, low-calorie salad. I make it all year long, but it is especially great for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Just freeze a few bags of cranberries to use at a later date. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups chopped cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped red apple
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
