Cranberry Gelatin Salad I

Description

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was the most popular dish we had!

Ingredients

  • 2 (0.3 ounce) packages sugar-free cherry flavored Jell-O® mix
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine boiling water and gelatin mix in a bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple.
  2. Transfer to a large glass serving dish or 12 individual dishes. Sprinkle pecans over top.
  3. Chill until set
  4. 3 to 4 hours for individual dishes
  5. or 4 hours to overnight for one large serving dish.
