Crab Quiche II

Description

I love Quiche and imitation crab. This combines the best of both worlds. It is a simple and versatile recipe that whips up in a jiffy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ pound imitation crabmeat
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl
  3. combine the eggs
  4. milk
  5. mayonnaise and cornstarch. Stir in the cheese
  6. imitation crabmeat and pepper. Pour into the pie shell.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly and serve.
