  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces buttery round crackers, crushed
  • 2 cups oil for frying, or as needed
