Crab and Shrimp Pasta Salad

Description

Imitation crab meat and mini shrimp make for a wonderful pasta salad that everyone loves!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked tri-colored spiral pasta
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) can tiny shrimp, drained
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 English cucumber, diced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender
  2. about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise
  4. vinegar
  5. oil
  6. salt
  7. and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pasta and stir to coat.
  8. Add crab
  9. shrimp
  10. tomatoes
  11. cucumber
  12. black olives
  13. and bell pepper; mix gently to coat with dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. If pasta is too dry
  14. mix in more mayonnaise.

Cook Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 35 mins
