Cold Seafood Dip

Description

A creamy cold seafood dip to serve with Fritos® or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cooked crabmeat
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ⅓ cup picante sauce
  • 1 (.6 ounce) packet zesty Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop crabmeat and eggs and place in a large bowl. Add sour cream
  2. picante sauce
  3. salad dressing mix
  4. and lemon juice; mix to combine. Place in the refrigerator until chilled
  5. at least 1 hour.
