Chocolate Pumpkin Cake

Description

An extremely moist chocolate cake with pumpkin and cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 (16 ounce) container cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl
  3. mix cake mix
  4. pumpkin
  5. eggs
  6. and oil for 3 minutes using a mixer on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven
  8. or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  9. 30 to 45 minutes.
  10. Frost cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
