Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Energy balls filled with all of the essentials for a pre-workout snack!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 2 ½ cups natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups dry unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup honey, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine oats
  2. peanut butter
  3. shredded coconut
  4. chocolate chips
  5. cranberries
  6. almond milk
  7. and honey in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  8. Roll mixture into bite-size balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate until set
  9. at least 15 minutes.
