Love snacking on these after a great workout! Not too sweet. Full of chocolate and nutty flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ⅓ cup chopped dried Black Mission figs
  • ⅓ cup chopped dried apricots
  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • ¼ cup yacon syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch unsweetened cocoa powder, or more to taste (Optional)
