Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

This yummy pie is like a great big yummy chocolate chip cookie. Garnish with whipped topping or ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl
  3. beat eggs until light and foamy. Add flour
  4. white sugar
  5. and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
