Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting

Description

Great on Double Chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 ½ (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1 ½ tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In small bowl mix at medium speed
  2. sugar
  3. butter (softened)
  4. and salt until light and fluffy.
  5. Add melted chocolate
  6. milk and vanilla extract
  7. beating until well blended.
