Chile-Cream Cheese Dip

Description

This chile-cream cheese dip is a cookout favorite. Quickly mix it together and bake. Tastes like you worked very hard on it. Serve with bread or chips.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
  • ½ (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix cream cheese
  3. mayonnaise
  4. Parmesan cheese
  5. chile peppers
  6. jalapeno peppers
  7. bacon
  8. and cilantro together in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to a baking dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly
  10. about 30 minutes. Stir and serve.
