Description
This chile-cream cheese dip is a cookout favorite. Quickly mix it together and bake. Tastes like you worked very hard on it. Serve with bread or chips.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers, drained
- ½ (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix cream cheese
- mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese
- chile peppers
- jalapeno peppers
- bacon
- and cilantro together in a bowl until well combined. Transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly
- about 30 minutes. Stir and serve.
