Chicken Salad With Bacon and Red Grapes

This is a recipe that always seems to be used at our family gatherings. Everyone loves it. It’s also great to make ahead for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and minced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 ½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 ½ teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
