Chicken Salad

Description

This is so easy, quick and delicious! This can be made ahead of time and used as needed. Presto, chicken salad-o!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free herb and spice blend
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Dice chicken and place into a large bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise
  3. celery
  4. and spice blend; mix until well combined. Use more or less mayonnaise
  5. depending on your preference.
