  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
