Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
  • ¼ cup low-fat Caesar salad dressing
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onions
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 slices Roman Meal Bread
  • 6 leaves baby romaine lettuce
  • 6 each cherry tomato halves

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken
  2. dressing
  3. red onions
  4. cheese and parsley in small bowl.
  5. Place 3 lettuce leaves on toast. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken salad. Garnish with tomatoes if desired.
