Cherry Cloud

Description

My mother called this ‘Cherry Cloud Salad,’ but in the 70’s and 80’s everything was a salad! These days most people call it a dessert, as it’s very sweet and rich.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat sweetened condensed milk
  2. cream cheese
  3. and whipped topping together in a bowl. Stir pineapple
  4. cherry pie filling
  5. and pecans into the milk mixture.
  6. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour.
