Description

These five-spice roast carrots are amazingly aromatic and delicious. The ingredients are so simple. Exotic, but familiar and not too exotic.

  • 7 large carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
  • salt to taste
