Challah II

Description

This recipe is a sweeter version of the classic challah. It was given to me by a friend.

Ingredients

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • ⅔ cup canola oil
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water

Prep Time: 30 mins

Cook Time: 40 mins

Total Time: 3 hrs

Servings: 15
