Caviar Julia

Description

Very festive recipe for the holidays or anytime. Rich and wonderful. One of my faves. Don’t let the caviar fool you. You can buy at grocery store for under $10.00. (but don’t let the guests know!). Serve with flat bread, or toast points.

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 ½ cups chopped yellow onion
• 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped
• 3 ½ ounces black caviar
• 3 ½ ounces red caviar
• 4 green onions
