  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chopped pickled ginger
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 sheet nori, toasted and torn
