Broiled shrimp and veggies are served on a bed of romaine and topped with feta cheese and parsley in this fresh Greek-inspired salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
