Breaded Parmesan Tilapia

Description

This is the best fish ever! I enjoy serving this with rice and green beans.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 each tilapia fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place butter and garlic into an 8×8-inch microwave-safe baking pan and microwave until butter is melted
  3. about 30 seconds.
  4. Place flour in a bowl. Beat eggs together in another bowl. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a third bowl.
  5. Dip fillets in flour until lightly coated
  6. then into beaten eggs
  7. then into bread crumb mixture. Lay in the baking dish with the garlic-butter mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until fish is golden and easily flakes with a fork
  9. about 25 minutes
  10. flipping halfway through cooking time.

Cook Time: 25 mins

Total Time: 35 mins
