Braised Lamb with Radishes and Mint

  • 4 oil-packed anchovy fillets

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 bunches breakfast radishes, rinsed and trimmed
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cold butter
