Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add green bell peppers

- and pepper. Cook and stir until onion is translucent and peppers are cooked through
- 7 to 10 minutes.
