Beer Cheese Soup IV

Description

A yummy beer, cheese and cauliflower soup…and quick, too! Garnish with crumbled bacon, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups half-and-half cream
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 30 mins
