Beef Tips and Noodles

Description

This is a great dish that’s very easy to make with just a few ingredients. Great with rolls of any type. I got this recipe from my mom years ago and it is a family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin tips, cubed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Combine condensed soup
  3. soup mix
  4. mushrooms
  5. and water in a 13×9-inch casserole dish. Mix thoroughly and add beef tips. Turn to coat well.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  7. While beef tips are cooking
  8. bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  9. Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.
