- 2 pounds New York strip steaks, cut into thin pieces
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups beef broth, divided
- 1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sour cream
