Beef and Cheese Ball

Description

This is a scrum-didley-umptious cheeseball made with cream cheese and dried beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 5 ounces dried beef
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 small finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl
  2. combine cream cheese
  3. 2/3 of the beef
  4. onion
  5. green bell pepper
  6. Worcestershire sauce
  7. and onion juice. Mix well and shape mixture into a ball. Using the reserved beef
  8. coat the rest of the ball with beef.
