Banana Yogurt Cake

Description

This is the most delicious banana yogurt cake that I have ever tasted. It’s very easy to make.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup banana-flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Stir sugar and melted butter together in a large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well. Mix in banana yogurt.
  3. Combine flour
  4. baking soda
  5. and salt in a separate bowl. Stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Fold in bananas
  6. white chocolate chips
  7. and walnuts. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean
  9. about 1 hour. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
