Banana Breakfast Cookies

Description

This is a variation of the Healthy Banana Cookies recipe from this site. They are a great alternative to store-bought granola bars!

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add oats
  3. raisins
  4. yogurt
  5. and cinnamon. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned
  8. about 20 minutes.

Cook Time: 20 mins

Total Time: 45 mins
