Baked Pretzels

Description

Pretzels where the dough is mixed in the bread machine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
