Baked Macaroni and Cheese III

Description

This dish will make your guest beg for seconds.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes
  3. or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Mix milk
  5. eggs
  6. sour cream
  7. seasoning salt
  8. and pepper in a bowl.
  9. Layer macaroni
  10. Cheddar cheese
  11. and milk mixture into the prepared casserole dish until full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pour melted butter on top.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly
  13. about 20 to 30 minutes.
