Baked Flounder with Panko and Parmesan

Description

Here’s a simple but tasty flounder recipe. Serve with vegetables, a tossed salad, or rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 (4 ounce) flounder fillets
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ⅔ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large

  3. Lay flounder fillets in the prepared baking dish and brush with 1 tablespoon butter.
