  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces grated white Cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
