Asian Dipping Sauce

Description

Asian dipping sauce for spring rolls, lettuce wraps, or even use for Asian salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste, or more to taste
  • ⅛ teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Stir water and sugar together in a bowl to dissolve the sugar; add soy sauce

  6. and sesame oil into the water. Stir the mixture until smooth; refrigerate until ready to serve.
