Asian Canned Tuna Salad

Description

A simple tuna salad with Asian ingredients that tastes great on top of bok choy leaves or in a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup shredded peeled daikon radish
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup soy sauce, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon wasabi paste
  • ½ teaspoon sesame seeds, or to taste
  • 3 bok choy leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna
  2. daikon
  3. mayonnaise
  4. tahini
  5. soy sauce
  6. wasabi
  7. and sesame seeds in a bowl; mix well. Serve on top of bok choy leaves.
