A fun twist on traditional hummus using artichokes and white beans.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
