Artichoke Bread

Description

French bread coated with a creamy artichoke spread and baked until bubbling and hot is a quick and easy appetizer everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman’s®)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise in half

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine artichoke hearts
  3. Parmesan cheese
  4. mayonnaise
  5. and garlic together in a bowl.
  6. Spread artichoke topping evenly over the French bread halves. Place coated bread on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until topping is hot and bubbling
  8. about 20 minutes.
