Oats, dates, apples, walnuts, and flax seeds make tasty little energy bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1 ½ cups pitted dates
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup apple, peeled and chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pinch sea salt (Optional)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
