Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts (Optional)
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup apple cider
- 2 eggs
- ⅛ cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Combine flour

- cranberries
- walnuts
- baking powder
- baking soda
- and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat apple cider
- eggs
- and vegetable oil in a separate bowl until frothy. Mix apple cider mixture into flour mixture until moist; pour into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- 40 to 45 minutes.
