Almond Flour Paleo Pancakes

Description

These are by far the best paleo pancakes that I have tried. Super easy and quick too! Top with organic honey.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl until smooth. Mix almond flour
  2. tapioca flour
  3. almond milk
  4. vanilla extract
  5. baking soda
  6. baking powder
  7. and salt into eggs until batter is just combined.
  8. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat or heat an electric frying pan. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry
  9. 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side
  10. 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 15 mins
