Air Fryer Salmon from Frozen

Description

Forget to thaw your salmon? No problem! You can whip up the sauce while the air fryer is preheating and have dinner on the table in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon freeze-dried dill
  • 2 (12 ounce) skin on frozen salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C).
  2. Whisk mustard
  3. brown sugar
  4. garlic
  5. salt
  6. pepper
  7. and dill together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  8. Place salmon
  9. flesh-side down
  10. in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes. Flip salmon over and brush 1/4 of the sauce on top of each fillet. Cook for 6 more minutes.
  11. Brush remaining sauce over the fillets and cook until salmon easily flakes with a fork
  12. 3 to 4 more minutes

Cook Time: 15 mins
