Air Fryer Salmon Cakes

Description

These salmon cakes are popping with flavor and little filler! I don’t like canned salmon, so I chose to use salmon packets (found in the tuna aisle).

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chervil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 (5 ounce) packages of fresh salmon

Instructions

  1. Preheat an air fryer for 10 minutes to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Whisk egg
  3. mayonnaise
  4. parsley
  5. chervil
  6. dill
  7. chives
  8. Worcestershire sauce
  9. mustard
  10. seafood seasoning
  11. and salt together in a bowl. Mix in panko bread crumbs until combined. Gently fold in salmon.
  12. Shape mixture into 4 cakes. Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment.
  13. Air-fry salmon cakes for 8 minutes
  14. flipping at the halfway point. Serve immediately.
