Aimee’s Mashed Cauliflower ‘Potatoes’

Description

This is a great low-fat and low-carb substitute for mashed potatoes. You may never go back to mashed potatoes again. Everyone that’s tried it has loved it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup mashed potato flakes
  • ¼ cup low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
